Whereas in the mouth, it features a certain fragrant quality and balance, as well as good persistence.Well-balanced, smooth and delicate on the palate, Tommasi’s Valpolicella DOC is ideally drunk young. After a 7-day period of fermentation in stainless steel vats, it is left to age for another approximately 4 months in steel tanks before being aged for 2 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. A casual, versatile and easy drink, this wine is nevertheless extremely high quality.
This wine pairs perfectly with pasta or rice dishes and dishes featuring white meats. It is a great wine to accompany the traditional Italian dish of maltagliati pasta with prosciutto and fava beans.

Great Tray For Storing My Everyday Carries

My everyday carry items (wallet, keys, etc.), used to just get thrown around wherever when I'd get home, but this little tray makes a great, defined, space for me to keep those things when I don't need them on me. The soft lining reduces the obnoxious sound of throwing keys on a hard surface, and of course keeps me from scratching up a surface. The build feels quality and I haven't seen any damage to it yet. Also the all black version with gold buckle looks quite good and adds a subtle touch of luxury. Absolute recommend for the price.
