Our Rosé has a nose of red berries and crushed strawberries. After aeration, the nose reveals more pronounced notes, evoking aromas of pastries and vanilla. In a suave and complex structure, the mouth is full and bodied, with aromas persisting to give a very long finish. This Rosé Champagne, with its excellent roundness and subtly sweet notes of red berries, will perfectly pair with macarons. 100% Pinot Noir.
