To perform an injector replacement on your 325hp 5.9L Cummins, it takes more than just a new set of injectors. BD Diesel has developed a kit that includes everything you could possibly need to perform an injector replacement with remanufactured injectors, new lines, valve cover gasket, Bosch connector tubes, and intake manifold gaskets. Replacing the connector tubes is especially important when installing new injectors due to the way the tube seals itself to the injector body. Re-using connector tubes can result in a leak forming between the connector tube and the injector body. The BD OEM fit fuel lines eliminate the chance of old corroded lines injecting contaminates into your new injectors causing performance and reliability issues. The book Amazon shipped was for 2025, not 2026, hence the one star subtraction. The code for the software in the book did not work, probably because it was over a year old. They asked to see a copy of the invoice and once they confirmed it was for 2026 (during the call,) they provided the correct software. While I would have preferred the 2026 book, I suspected the 2025 was close enough, and the software will advise what has changed for anything I do.
