It is processed at a provincially inspected abattoir which is a local, family owned business near Kamloops, BC. Each lamb varies slightly. They include leg roast(s), packages of shoulder steaks, packages of loin chops, package of a rack of lamb, package of shank, package of ribs and package of ground lamb, and package of ground stew.
