Shade nets are custom-made to order and typically ship within approximately 2 weeks. Because greenhouses can reach high temperatures even during moderate weather, an exterior shade net is an effective way to maintain proper growing conditions during sunny spring and fall days and throughout the summer months.
The aluminum shade net is designed for exterior installation and features a 14-foot overall width, allowing it to wrap over the roof peak and extend down to mid-wall height. This design reduces intense midday heat while still allowing approximately 50% sunlight to pass through the mesh material. The net is fully compatible with roof vents, allowing ventilation systems to operate normally.
