You will explore the most common areas that fall under HR management and the distinctions between an HR strategist and an HR administrator. This first section also looks at the changing nature of the workplace and how HR teams can adapt to emerging trends, support employees with work/life conflict, address demographic changes such as the baby boom bust, promote diversity, and keep pace with new technologies shaping the way people work.
